That's the info I searched for - and the place I missed in my environment ;-)

No, because it also adds the packages to pkgs/03, which is the third set
of packages installed.

That means - how do the packages get installed then? As far as I understand
your patch it "just" adds the CRU repo - and that would mean, still a
"vyum -- install" needs to be issued, am I right?

Just adding the repo isn't enough, because yum would prefer the packages
with the right architecture, like kernel, udev, etc.

Unfortunately not, I suffer on a muscle tear and a partly broken bone,
fortunately my laptop works quite proper so I can still handle the major
parts of my business. Cars are jumping fast this spring (no, no typo) ;-/

I hope you get well soon!

Guessed that but didn't find the "when" - where did you add the relevant
packages / install lines? Into the "build" command ord did you add the
packages into the fc5 util-vserver distribution repository?

At the moment I'm running an upgraded FC4 installation in my test system
so I'm lacking your additions there, it's just for me to understand better
your additions.

vps-dev, vps-fakekernel and vps-fakepackages should be installed by
default for FC4, FC5 and CentOS guests with my packages. I've updated
the wiki.

Btw: I had an motorcycle accident last week, so I'm much less online
for the next couple of weeks - so if responses or changes are
expected, pls leave more time for me. As Daniel's packes are superb
work, there shouldn't be too much need for my documentation changes
anyhow ;-)

Ouch, I hope you're okay.
