Dear All
I recently went in to CUPS to make some changes to one of my printers. When
I go to make changes I get asked for a username and password - this didn't

I use fails.
Does anyone know which username/password combo
Another angle on the mouse discussion.
All mouses have one thing in common. They require frequent use of the
muscles that lift the arm (deltoid, trapezius, etc). Anyone experiencing
regular stiffness or aches in the shoulder or neck would be well advised
to consider using a trackball. It does not

I've recently upgraded to a BW G3 running OS 10.3.4 and 9.2.2, with
an
Applevision 1710AV monitor. As well as the video cable, the monitor is
attached via the ADB port.

Is that from OS 9 or X? Its possible that X does not recognise ADB fully,
only enough for a keyboard and mouse to work. If you haven't tried the
geometry in 9, give that a go. It would be interesting to see if it works
properly in native OS 9 (not through Classic).

Now if you had a Lisa (Mac XL) that would be something!
Got one... it's in the shed, in a box. Someone gave it to me back in June
1995. Apparently it used to run at the time, but I've never tried to fire it
up. Got a bunch of original Lisa disks with it as well!

Also not related to your Garageband request but have you tried iPiano

Hello dear WAMUGgers
I've been on this WAP (wireless access) trail for some months now and
again seek your advice.
I have now read the WA DET SOE Standards Document for Wireless LANs in
Schools. It is interesting and complicated reading. Some of it is
beyond me I think.

Hey all,
I did decades of graphics work etc with a mouse and began to develop

my strain injury disappeared. I LOVE my Logitech Trackman (and my
