I had the same problems and I posted them on wamug last week. I tried
everything even from the forum you suggested but the CD would not print.
I ditched it and went to our Canon. I am still looking for a work
around if I find anything I will email you

After reloading the EPSON SP RX650 drivers from my old Tiger install

In Preferences/Print Fax I added this 'new/old' driver (after
clicking the +) leaving the other one showing as default.
When I ran EPSON Print CD again it found this other driver without me

to stick - even though it showed this as active, it still printed in
