iphone app cellid

Hi All Does anyone know if there's an APP for the iphone to retreive the CELLID number of the towers the iphone is connected to? program that returns me the celltower ID and if possible the signal strength.. I know that there's one for nokia symbian phones called mini gps. Thanks -- The

slow web connection

for the past 2 weeks we've had really slow web service. just after I played around with my Airport settings and ADSL router firmware upgrade to see if I could get BacktoMyMac working. its slow on all 3 computers - G4 via airport 10.4.11, mac book via airport 10.5.6, MacPro via ethernet
