application NML2NDeviceObserver quit

Hi, I was given a telstra broadband card to use temporarily, after inserting it I received this error message. application NML2NDeviceObserver quit I removed the card, searched for the NML2... in applications and uninstalled it. Yet I still cant get rid of the error message popup?
