Settings in Screenium are for Built-in input with Record ticked.
System Preferences for input is also on Built in while output is

After downloading a pdf in Safari, I had been able to control+ click, bring up
a menu and then open the pdf in Preview, this option has gone, is Adobe Acrobat
playing with my defaults?
