saving and wishes to set it up to download games from the internet,
as you do, we have Netgear ADSL Modem / Router DG 632. I have read
conflicting articles on whether these can act as a WIFI connector,

Hi Ronni,
Thanks for all that information, it has helped clarify things for me. I now
have my calendars all synced up via MobileMe and deleted them from On My Mac
except for one that I have published so the family can keep track of us when we
head over east in Oct. on our annual sojourn.

Hi List,
Does anybody have any experience with a program called 'Mac Tune Up' by MacWare
Inc?I bought it on impulse from Next Byte, but then went to the sellers website
and found that they are the same people who market 'MacKeeper', which has had
some very unflattering things said about it.

Hi Folks!
I recently bought and installed the same software. It 'appears' to have worked
well on my iTunes library and I have no real issues to complain about.
However, one warning - I purchased the software for one year using PayPal.
When I checked my account I discovered a payment system

Thanks again Ronni,
I checked the CalDAV account and there is only one so I turned it off on both

NO, I never mentioned to turn OFF the CalDAV in iCal on your computers .. I
only asked if there was just the ONE!

Hi Wamugers,
I guess we all knew it was coming, but it is a sad day nevertheless. Steve is
staying on as Chairman of the Board, Director and Apple employee but knowing
what we do about him, nothing apart from ill-health would make him resign as
CEO. The contrast with the circumstances of Bill
Yes Carlo,
When I received an alert email early this morning, I felt such a deep sadness.
I guess we have all been expecting it for quite some time, but to now know it
is official and Steve Jobs has resigned due to his ill health is a sad day
indeed.

Ronni

Hi Bill,
From the response of the group it appears the software may work for you but
does not seem to be worth the risk. Even Ray who had a good outcome with the
software uncovered a possible payment scam or perhaps a concealed contract
clause -- though it could have been an accounting error.
And I'll add to Carlo's thoughts. What Jobs leaves behind is a culture of
excellence.

As encouragement for you returning the software for credit or refund --
yesterday OfficeWorks game me a refund for a iPad Stylus that I found to be
akin to garbage. :-) I had opened and tried the stylus but found it less
reliable for iPad writing than my finger.

Hi All,For all we know, Steve may have been CEO in title only for a number of years. Unfortunately the share market and public perception of a Steve-less Apple has probably made it that much harder for Steve to battle his illness privately and away from the stress of running a huge company. All the
