Hi Rick, Adding to what Peter mentioned. The problem is that Microsoft/Windows decided to implement it's 'Drag to Disc' file copying feature in a somewhat annoying way; people with Windows computers can copy individual files to a burnable disc, eject the disc, and put it back in and copy more

Rick, is it possible that the command to "complete" the burning process was not selected when the disc was created? It's just possible returning it from whence it came to the person who made it and reinsert the disc in that machine and select "complete disc burning" will then make it readable by
