Apparently dragging the apps has been successful and there is now a second page
of apps where previously there was only one. Why the apps were not originally
shown is anyones guess.

Yeh I'd think so. I think their servers are getting hammered. Mine started then
stopped then error-ed out and is now unavailable error 100. ANd looks like
lots of people are getting the same. I'd say give it some time and it should

30-45mins (as it changes up and down).

For elaborate diagrams I use Photoshop but for quick sketches I have taken to
using SketchBook Express. It is free on the Mac App Store. There is also a paid
version, SketchBook Pro for $31.
I have also heard good things about Skitch -- also available for free on the
Mac App Store --

Seeing that I have apple care I gave them a ring. The problem was with the
firewall, once that was off the download started OK.
interestingly they told that I can happily leave the firewall off and I can
uninstall ClamXav off I like as its not really necessary.
