Hello Stephen I was afraid of that. I have just received a message back from Epson requesting further information and an add to pay for a 12 month Epson Protection Policy. I couldn’t have been clearer with the information that I supplied, disappointing.
So it looks as though I will have to Purchase a New Scanner if I wish to copy my Slides and Negatives. Thank you again Stephen.
