Jon, use WPA2 security settings on your Airport Extreme. Use a strong password (8 characters or more, no dictionary words and use numbers/punctuation). You'll be fine then. WEP security has known vulnerabilities, so if you happen to be using it and someone wants to put the time in to downloading

Jon, It sounds as though your wireless network has been "cracked", however there are some other possibilities, depending on what equipment you are actually running. You don't say what type of wireless access point you are using or what type of computers are on your network and weather you

restricting access based on ethernet ID of individual machines once you've changed all the passwords is pretty effective. Don't forget that many programs and your OS download updates automatically these days. Not saying it's the case here but it's something to consider when you are working
