Just picked up 2 copies of iLife 04
For anyone who hasn't played around with garage band yet - It's the
most fun I've had on a machine for a while - addictive
My question however, is this:
I have two macs connected to a lan - one with a DVD drive - the other

Could you use 6 pin to 6 pin firewire cable and use Target Firewire
mode to install from the DVD

You might be able to mount the DVD on the dvd-less mac over AppleShare.
Give it a try, I have a vague memory of having done something similar in
the past.
