I think this is my answer!!!: . There are a couple points to note with iWeb when you are running Lion. The User/Library folder is hidden so you need to access it from the Finder Go menu. Choose Go to Folder..., Shift-Command-G, enter this into the window... ~/library/ ... and click the Go

Yes, you have left it too late to extract your MobileMe hosted website to Sandvox. You need the URL of your website for Sandvox to grab the files. Sandvox features an item in the File menu, called Extract Content of Website..., to extract the contents of an existing website into a new document.
