Yes, you can have as many bootable partitions as will fit on your drive. Format
the partitions as Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and use Carbon Copy Cloner or
SuperDuper to make bootable copies.

Even though you will not be using Time Machine to backup to this drive as Time
