Not knowing what you have tried to correct the problem. Have you tried all the
below tests?
1. Turn WiFi off and back on via Settings > WiFi.
2. Restart the iPad. Press and hold until you see the ‘Slide to Power Off’
prompt and slide to do so.
3. Try a hard reboot of the iPad. To do
Hi John, yes it will help to know what attempts you have tried so far
but until then, immediate steps I can think of are below and this
assumes the device is a WiFi only iPad and in the same WiFi network as
the other devices you indicate do connect with the internet.
* Go to Settings>WiFi

Can you let the group know what is your set-up and what steps you have taken so
far? I am no expert but I am trying to determine at what stage you are stuck

I know, senility is a big issue. I have been trying for the past hour or so to
connect my iPad (6th gen), iOS 12.3.1, to the internet without success. There
is no problem with my iphone or Mac Mini. Does anyone have any suggestions as I
seem to have run out of ideas.
