Sounds like you may have been hacked. But not sure what to do about it sorry.

The crash report seems a lot of gobbledygook. But actually when looking through
all the verbiage, I couldn’t see any relationship with Time Machine. Is it
possible for you turn off backups to disable that and see if that makes a
difference?
If the panic occurs
I agree with Pete ..it sounds like a hack of some kind.
Do you use a virus and web protection software ?
If you do, try running a full scan.
If not I have used Bitdefender for Mac for a few years.
It consistently gets top of the list in tests and it has saved me a few times.
