Hi Neil
You could also try creating a new User, log in to that user and install it
there as well.
See if it does the same thing by not downloading.
That will then rule out if it's just a problem at the User level or at the
System Level.
Oh, and only RTMP Dump folder I could see (on my quick
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for that. I did check and, yes, the folder was deleted on removal and
did re-appear after re-installation.
I may try and identify a version in Time machine that I know worked (ie the
folder that was there when I did a successful download) - however, as I

Hi Neil
I just thought I'd follow something when it started downloading, and
although this might not help in fixing it, it *may* help why it's not
working.
I opened up Console (Utilities - Console) so I could see the time before I
started it.
I then went into Firefox and to iView and started a
Hi Daniel,
Your mention of QuickDraw warning has given me another thought.
In Leopard (10.5) the application would still work, but you did get the
QuickDraw is deprecated, use Quartz warning.
It's different for Snow Leopard (10.6) where QuickDraw is available only to 32
bit applications.
Perhaps by forcing Firefox to load in 32-bit mode. But as it's a plug-in, it
would be drawing the info from Firefox I would think. As far as I'm aware
you can't designate a plug-in to use 32bit mode.
But yes, that may work.
Another thing there to try Neil.
Do a Get Info on Firefox (Command-I)

Hi there folks,
I am getting weighed down with logins and passwords, to the point that I am
having to write them down.
This concerns me as it defeats the purpose of having passwords !
Has anyone experienced the 1Password application and what is your view on this ?

I thought the Terms and Conditions had been changed, that you had to purchase
the One to One services at time of purchase now.

Oops my mistake.
I hadn't realised it had changed. You used to be able to buy it at anytime for
anyone.
I suppose that's yet another thing to get the sales from others.
Not going to start a rant on that so will just leave it there. Lol.
Thanks for pointing that out Ronni. :) (can always
Not really a mistake Daniel, Apple changed it back in June 2009.
Originally part of ProCare, One to One was launched in May 2007. $99US bought a

up to a maximum of 52 sessions per year.

That's a +1 from me - I also use dropbox to keep the logins maintained

From memory the licence allows EITHER
One user on multiple computers OR
Multiple users on one computer.
I love it - very Mac-like - it just works.

Hi Daniel, Hi Ronni,
Surely if this was the issue (32 bit/64 bit) then it would never have worked

Actually, I have just checked and get info does not offer the option -

Hi Neil
Did you try the plug in under a different user account?
Also, did you try the newer Firefox version4?
Perhaps the 32/64 bit thing is only in the latest version.

Hi Walter,
Sometimes the download fails part of the way through - you should always
check the final message in the terminal window before you close it.
If the download has completed you will see that it shows 100% (or sometimes

If it fails part way through -

Hi Wamuggers
I find that 1Pasword does not fill in the passwords on sites that require you

3 Launched that version and it worked
