This is disgraceful.
The iPad on Telstra's HSPA+ Dual Carrier 4G network achieves real-world speeds
of 20mbps (theoretical 42mbps).
However, Vivid Wireless who uses 4G WiMax gets away with having a top speed of
only 5mbps around Australia and yet can still call their service 4G.

problem:-Installed software for xerox phaser 3140 laser printer completed
and finish.
Does not appear to be installed cannot find reference to it anywhere.
Looked in preferences not seen.
Keep in mind I am new at this
the same story was earlier with telstra
broadband is 64kb/s ( not 64kB/s ) the regulators are failing in providing
us proper internet

I first wondered this myself when the Apple case came about, with Apple not
being allowed to use 4G, yet Vivid can splatter their advertising all over the
place as 4G. Why don't they get targeted for false advertising. Or maybe I
was missing something,…..
