I suggest you always check the App Store (should be in your Dock).
And then click on Updates.

Hi Pat.

It is always good to be cautious.
I just checked the App Store and there is a 10.13.4 update.
Also updates for Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

Just received an email from ‘Maintain’, email address: i...@maintain.se 
, recommending a combo update to High Sierra 10.13.4,  
and providing a link. 

With all the clever scams these days, I did not want to click this. I looked on 
the Apple website and could not find any reference to a combo update. Also 
looked at the App Store — no mention of a 10.13.4 update.

Is there such a link on Apple’s site?
