Hi Jewels If Mail is definitely searching the correct Mailbox (as you can set it to search just one folder, just the Inbox, or “all folders”) then it could be an issue with the Spotlight search for it. You can set it to “stop” searching in Spotlight, then after a few minutes “Removing” it
