Do you know of a specific deal between an oil company and the East 
Timorese in which the company hasn't agreed to compensate the Timorese? 
Are they getting the oil concessions for free? I doubt it, but if you 
have an actual case, tell us about it.
The "mice" should be pleased to have the jobs and commerce that will 
accompany successful oil exploration. -- AW
