I think Gore won because he's so much slicker than Bush.  He always had a
quick answer and at least looked like he knew what he was saying, and Bush
had a lot of scrambling to figure out what he was going to say.

Not alot of substance in there, though...more or less what I expected to
hear.  Thought it was funny that Bush couldn't even remember Putin's
name...he almost said it, then stumbled and kept saying "President of
Russia."  You'd think he'd learned his lesson the first time.

Lesser of two evils?
