Hmmmm. The 'Terminator' problem. You could argue that the limited number of
response options you'd inevitably build into the computer program is one of
the strengths of MAD, the opponant knows that no one's going to wimp out at
the last moment because there's no one to wimp out. You could also use this
as a pretty strong argument against it: no mercy, no pity, this is warfare
without humanity.
