Diagnosed by Auria as use of curl now depending on HAVE_LIBCURL, set by
autotools but not by cmake. Current easy solution is too unconditionally set
it for cmake, as the main user, osx, always has it.

Nevermind, this is not a crash, the message is Program received signal
SIGPIPE, Broken pipe.
I thought such signals were ignored by the game server.
