#61: assign/release from commander in the same style

Assigning a vehicle to a commander is done by simply clicking the vehicle,
then clicking on the commander. It would be easy for the "unwilling-to-
read-manuals"-player to release a vehicle from the commander in the same
way. So this would become a simple state-toggle between "assigned" and
"non-assigned".
