Details:
Some operations from 1.10 don't work in 2.0.6
1) Double click on a unit doesn't select all nearby units with same name.
2) Double click on a truck doesn't open the build window.
3) Build window doesn't automatically reopen after placing buildings while
giving a queue of building orders to a truck (holding Shift). It only does
reopen after placing a row of buildings (walls, bunkers, etc...).
