Details:

The ROF limit is currently 240, but a fully upgraded assault gun has a ROF
375, so it would be better to have this as the limit. 

There are other weapons with higher ROF (vtol weapons), but there the ROF
does not make sense, because the number of shots per rearm cycle depends on
the number of attacks and number of rounds.

However, there are multiple weapons with ROF > 240 and the old limit just did
not allow a user to know this.
