#3111: Change in language of the game degraded the performance of the game.

When the language of the system is changed , it should not affect the
performance of the game. The game should not hang with the changes made to
the langauge category.
Test Steps:
1. Run warzone 2100
2. Go to the options menu.
3. Select the game options from the sub menu.
4. Change the language to the HTML code langauge.
5. Check the performance of the game.
Result: The game was not responding for some time and after its working
became very slow.
