#3550: OpenGL 1.3 crash

 I'm using an old graphic card which is not compatible with OpenGL2.0. It's
 a Radeon 9250 which is OpenGL1.3.

 Once a game is started it crashes after a few frames with a segfault (see
 attached debugging trace).

 After debugging step by step I've found that it crashes during VBO
 fallback while applying blending. I commented the associated lines and
 recompiled and it doesn't crash anymore (see attached piestat.cpp,
 commented lines are 392 to 395). The team colors are uglier though.

 I may test patches or other things for old cards.
