We have used Industrial Communications out of Spokane.
I think they sold to/merged with another company and I don't know the new name.
Hopefully a quick google search finds a contact for you.
Lincoln County emergency services uses them too, that's where I found out about
them.

They are going to keep pushing this until the cows come home or they get
something. The public has been so misled and whipped into a fury about any
thought of prioritization or "big business control" over access.
