By the way, all the installed gem files in the past are stored also in
Ruby directory. For example, i have all of these in C:\ruby\lib\ruby
\gems\1.8\cache

My mistake. Navigate to place where you have downloaded the gems. So if they
are in c:\ you would go there.

Ruby folder is probably the only place where you will get that pop up. Try
moving the gems to desktop or anywhere else.
