We are looking for options for an automated testing solution for
applications on Safari on Windows.
At the moment, Safari is supported only on Mac. As far as I know, there are
not plans to support it on Windows in the near future.

Is Safari 4 supported by safariwatir?
This is because we are in the process of determining a test automation
platform for applications intended to run on WebKit based browsers.
How solid is safariwatir on WATIR platform for this purpose?
