The server doesn't print debug messages unless something happens. So it
seems like there's no problem with WIAB server, it's just that your network
settings prevent you from accessing it. Anyway, to be sure, please send the
whole server.config file attached to reply.

Is it possible that jetty is binding only to localhost. For example in my
server.config I have the following:
http_frontend_public_address = localhost:9898
http_frontend_addresses = ${http_frontend_public_address}
Basically in this configuration if I hit http://localhost:9898 it will work.
