The bug seems to be solved in kernel version 4.13.10-200
but now that i upgraded my fedora to kernel 4.13.13 the problem resurfaced.

That's a kernel bug, I'm seeing this one locally too, somehow the finger count
is off after suspend. For some reason I can't find the real bug number for this
