Hey to Jackie and family from London, KY. I live right next door to you, just
above Somerset; small world, isn't it? Welcome aboard. This is a wonderful
place to talk about our favorite subject, TAGS. Do you know of any chapters
close by to join? I don't know of any.
In the latest edition of Vanity Fair magazine (March, 2007) there is an
article by Alexander Woolcott about A Face In The Crowd, starring our own
Andy. I found it extremely interesting (and complimentary), though not an
article you should read aloud to the kids, if you get my drift.

For quite awhile now the shows are ending ( or at least some of them ), at
ten minutes past scheduled time. As long as this has been going on, you
would think they could get everything on schedule. If they are doing it on
purpose I sure don't like it. Matter of factI'm tensed!
All righty now, I believe we have now identified 4 separate episodes when
Andy is seen in his boxers.
I find that when I share this significant bit of information with folks,
they are looking at me kinda odd. And they always say the same thing to me
to which I always respond But I already
I have lots of friends and relatives in North Carolina and when
heading South for a visit I always load up on Salt Risin' Bread. It
seems to be a special treat in North Carolina. I also send a loaf or

I purchased two DVD's this week, and have enjoyed them both. First, The Music
Man, starring Robert Preston Shirley Jones, co-starring Ron Howard. This
was filmed in 1962, after Ron was playing Opie. Secondly, A Face In The Crowd,

I know this is a family site, but did you ever wonder how many times
we got to see Andy in, well, his underwear? Now, you can't count the
cap and nightgown from A Feud is a Feud.
It just hasn't ever bother me on tiny little bit to see Sheriff Taylor in those
boxers!!! :o)
Hey Ya'll,
I remember the color episode named A Baby In The House...where Aunt Bee
kept little Evy Joy!! Andy came out of his bedroom in his boxers, then
after realizing he was in front of Aunt Bee, wrapped a bedspread around
himself, told her the baby was cryingAunt Bee looked at him

We also see Andy in his shorts when Malcolm Merriweather is attempting to dress

How about the time that Malcolm was taking care of them (Gentleman's
Gentleman) when Aunt Bee was away. Andy and
I went on by to Wally's (to buy a fan belt) and sat down on the bench out
front for a spell. I then fished some change outta' my pocket to buy me a
Huckleberry Smash. After popping the crown, I took a swig and then sat back
down, and got to thinking...
It's not that Andy is too cranky, it's
