Dan, Ramona in My Fair Ernest T. was Ramona Ankram(sp?). It was mentioned
in the epilogue of the show. Her family owned Ankram Charcoal
Company.
As an actress who did both Broadway and movies before TAGS, I believe Francis
felt the role was below her. Perhaps that would explain her giving the other
cast members the big freeze.
As for phony instrumentalists, I would have to include the whole parade of
Mayberry residents that

I've mentioned this before, but I am always just amazed at one of the bits
of writing in the reunion episode. Nate Bracey approaches the punch takes
and calls Andy and Barney a couple of chicken thieves. Barney is looking in
