I was watching the Brady Bunch last night and Carol Brady was writing an
article for a magazine. When the editors/publishers showed up the the Brady

Paul, apparently there was a punk rock band in the Grand Rapids, MI area
from about 2000 to 2003 that was named Don Knotts.
I don't see any mention of why the band chose Don Knotts as their name.

I saw a blurb on CNN yesterday while in a waiting room; the story was about
a small town in Calif, I believe they said Pico Rivera or some such, that is
known as the Latino Mayberry due to its hometown good ole' American values.
I was pleased and proud.

Apparently there is or was a group (band) that calls themselves Don Knotts
and A Black Day For Mayberry was one of their records. This eBay item is
that record. I looked up Fricton Records and they have some really bizarre
