I just watched the Columbo episode of Publish or Perish and it is indeed Warren Parker. You can recognize the voice because it still pretty much sounds the same as the Andy Griffith episodes. I checked IMDb and he wasn't listed in the credits. I also recognized another actor from TAGS. James
