An article in today's paper told about how a silver carp was spotted
in Wisconsin. Apparently it came up the Mississippi River. My guess is it is
Old Sam. I am guessing he somehow got out of Tucker's Lake and
worked
I'm surely for another Mayberry sequel but let's get the REAL Andy, Gomer,
Opie, Leon and any other stars still with us to reprise their roles in the name
of authenticity and enjoyment.

No sooner did I post a message about a silver carp being spotted in Wisconsin
when our TV station came up with another carp story. Next weekend is the
annual Carp Festival in a neighboring community. Their goal is to rid their
lake of as many carp as possible. Hope Andy shows up with his ax
Tonight it dawned on me that last week when we were discussing actors/actresses
who won Oscars after they had played on TAGS we forgot one. Our very own
Bradford J. Taylor (Jack Albertson) won the Best Supporting Actor in 1969 for
The Subject Was Roses. Although I have never viewed the film,
So what role did Ray Kellogg play in Barney's First Car? Was he one of Mrs.
Lesch's partners in crime? Anyone?
