I belong to a Facebook page where we discuss the history of the county where I live. There was a comment made about them having to call Sarah to reach their party. I commented to the guy that he must have some Mayberry blood. He replied--Doesn't everyone? I replied that I hoped everyone did.

TV Land, this morning, aired episode 104 A Date for Goober. I noticed for the first time that Helen is wearing a piece of jewelry that looks just like a silver five pointed badge. I am going to take a screen shot of it and zoom in to see if that is what it is. If anyone wants to see the picture

Thanks, Alice, for a most charming vignette! That is exactly how I feel and often encounter the same warmth when others discover my Mayberry feelings. I appreciate your sharing this with us. Your Mayberry friend, Aunt Bee of Orlando ___ WBMUTBB

I might be mistaken, but I don't think so.  Rusty Stevens was in the group of kids who wanted to go fishin' with Opie, but the new kid in town wanted to swipe apples just for fun.    Lucille Richmond (Connecticut) ___ WBMUTBB mailing list
