I could only remember two of Barney's middle names. Those two were Tibbs and Milton. However, after a little research, I found that the third middle name was Oliver. There were times when Barney also used the middle initial P. I researched several sources, but no one knew what the P stood for. If anyone know, I'd love to hear what it stood for.
