Anyone who will be able to attend the 'Don Knotts Hometown Celebration',  (in 
addition to taking in the various events on High Street in Morgantown, WV),  
don't forget Cooper's Rock State Park (just off I-68). In his autobiography, 
Don  (who had a near death experience on the rocks) incorrectly mentioned that  
Cooper's Rock was located in Pennsylvania. The scenic overlook above the  
Monongahela River contains graffiti dating back to the 1920s etched  in stones.
