I always imagined she was saying Zoweee, like oh boy or yippee. I figure
it was the hipster thing to say in Mayberry at the time.

Sarcasm, saying 'sorry' but not actually apologising, mocking.
Note- Said in high-pitched voice, long, drawn out: ' Sowwy', can be
accompanied with hand-gesture.
Gesture: Waggle forefinger and middle finger together, keeping fist
