I believe Clyde "Barn" got it extry-special right as rain by explaining that turning up the AC meant increasing the intensity. I always thought turning something up meant increasing the function it is/was designed to do. Now that we have that settled, I would like to point out other phrases and such that may or may not have been used in Mayberry. We all use them today, I'm sure. For example, "My dog is a little big and he's pretty ugly, but I love him just the same." Can anyone recall any such phrases or descriptions, whether in real life or in Mayberry?

Over and Roger, out and under, 10-10-10y-40. Uh....bbyyyeeeeee.
