I have been kind of "away" but not really. Busy is all. I seem to remember Aunt Bee mentioning Marshall Dillon and I know Gunsmoke was on CBS on Saturday nights.? We used to go to my aunt's house on a lot of Saturday's and we would eat dinner and watch Have Gun Will Travel, Perry Mason and Gunsmoke.?
I also remember Gunsmoke Once when my parents got the bright idea that we would all have horses or ponies (for us children), and we went riding and stopped at a little cabin and they had a little tv set there - We had to watch Gunsmoke in the cabin, because my parents could not miss it! Then we were able to ride home! Does anyone remember him wearing glasses in any other episodes? ha ha not really but I remember that fellow who was going to be foreclosed had to wear glasses to read and his wife could not read to him because of all that ironing - all those cotton fabrics. ha ha ! "under the influence of elixir!" "titanium bumpers!" The titanium reminds of my older son reading the "properties" of various metals or something when in high school and just went on about how strong titanium is!
