I can think of another instance when Opie was watching television-it was
the episode "Gomer the House Guest". Gomer lost his job and was staying with
the Taylor family. They were trying to watching a t.v. program-I believe it
was about a boy and his dog-and Andy, Opie and Aunt Bee couldn't concentrate on
the program because Gomer was talking the whole time. Or was this the western
you were referring to?
It was nice that you had a white Christmas in Wisconsin. Here in OH where
I live it was about 40 degrees Christmas Day and we definitely did not have a
blanket of white on the ground.
