Recently I found a movie on Netflix I had never heard of. It was written by and starred Billy Bob Thornton and was set in Arkansas, namely Arkadelphia and Little Rock. The name of it was Daddy and Them and the part of his Daddy was played by Andy Griffith! The courthouse scenes were shot in the state Capitol building. On another note, Friday I will be in Piggott, AR to visit the Hemingway House Museum. Part of A Face in the Crowd was filmed there. Today while working a man came through my line and we talked about what we did over the Fourth. He said he went to Bronson so I asked what shows he saw. The Nickel Thief
Hodie Snitch was the bully that kept Andy from fishing his favorate spot as a kid. Andy used this story to convince Opie that there are other things that can hurt worse than a punch in the nose. This gave Opie the courage to tie into Sheldon the nickel thief like a whirlwind in a tornado. By the way Giraffes are selfish. The Hoady Snitch story by Andy was not in One Punch Opie. You're confusing that episode with the one where Opie actually gets himself a black eye. No punches are actually thrown in One Punch Opie. Opie stands up to the new kid who gets everyone else in trouble swipin' apples and such. I guess the name One Punch Opie is kind of misleading.
