On Make Room for Daddy this morning, Pat Buttram appeared as a character named Harvey Bullock. The name should ring a bell as the real Harvey wrote 31 episodes of TAGS and another 21 episodes of Gomer Pyle. He also wrote 8 episodes for Danny Thomas in MRFD although not this particular show. An lot of TAGS connections here. Can't help but wonder if this was an inside joke on ol' Harvey by his fellow writers or maybe even Thomas himself.
