Just watching the "SCTV" season one DVD recently, which features Eugene Levy lovingly doing his amazing impression of Floyd the Barber, makes me see how far-reaching TAGS's influence is. The combination of Merv Griffin and Andy Griffith into the "Merv Griffith Show" still makes me laugh, as that's something I've done (the last name mixup) and have heard others do, countless times.
