You have seen such a picture, you just didn't realize who it was! There's a picture of a young (let's see now ... she must be 21?) Frances Bavier hanging in the Taylors' living room in many episodes. Whenever you're watching the black and white episodes, keep a close eye out for a portrait of a lovely young woman in a rectangular frame. The picture appears in various locations in different episodes.
